Former PM Imran Khan receives yet another setback

In Islamabad, a sessions court on Wednesday denied former Prime Minister Imran Khan's request for acquittal in the case involving the intimidation of a female judge.
The ruling by Civil Judge Muhammad Mureed Abbas occurred during the hearing, where prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi presented his arguments. Imran Khan, facing terrorism charges since August 2022, alleged bias by Judge Zeba Chaudhry and threatened consequences.
It's worth noting that the FIR was filed just before another police station received a complaint against Khan for hate speeches. Despite this, Imran had visited Judge Zeba to apologize, submitting an affidavit to the Islamabad High Court promising not to repeat actions undermining the judiciary's dignity.
