ISLAMABAD-President Dr Arif Alvi has lauded the role of doctors, nurses and other front line workers in fighting against Coronavirus in the country.
Addressing a ceremony in the honor of Corona Health Workers at Aiwan-e-Sadr today (Wednesday), he termed these frontline workers as heroes of the nation.
He said the corona cases rate in declining in the country due to the following of precautionary measures and Standard Operating Standard by the nation.
He said the government also effectively supervised the situation and provided financial assistance transparently to the deserving people through Ehsas Program.
