International Alpine Ski Cup: Live update from Malam Jabba, Swat

On the first day of skiing races at Malam Jabba International Alpine Ski Cup in Swat, the Ukrainian skiers outclassed their rivals in both men and women categories.
In Men's Giant Slalom category, Ukraine's Ivan Kovasnkyuk and Vasyle Telychuk got first and third position respectively while the second spot was secured by Slovakia's Jan Jakooba.
In Women Giant Slalom category, Ukraine athletes Tetyana Tikun and Anastasia Gorbunova got the first and second positions.
Pakistani international skier Ifrah Wali got third position in the category.
Besides Pakistan, skiers from Morocco, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Greece, Afghanistan, Turkey, Ukraine and Tajikistan are participating in the event.
