The Balochistan government is taking various steps to ensure presence of concerned medical officials and paramedic staff in the hospitals in all far flung areas of the province.
Director General Health Services, Dr. Shakir Ali Baloch told Quetta correspondent Saqib Aziz during an interaction that 487 doctors and nurses have been appointed recently on contract basis at health facilities all over the province.
Unveiling the details, he said, 168 male medical officers, 132 lady medical officers, 46 dentists and 141 nurses have been appointed to facilitate the poor patients in the remote areas so far.
