The Lebanese company, Darul Handsa, has been selected to develop the‘Master Plan 2050 for Lahore’ following the evaluation of technicalproposals by three companies.
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director-General, Ahmed Aziz Tarar,chaired a meeting of the consultant selection committee for the preparationof a new master plan for the provincial capital in which a financial bid ofRs. 520 million for the qualifying company was opened.——————————
According to the Director-General, the preparation of the new master planin a transparent manner is of top priority as it will determine the futurecourse of the development of Lahore.
Additionally, experts and relevant stakeholders have been consulted for thedefinition of the Terms of Reference (TOR).——————————
