ISLAMABAD – After the approval of NAB Amendment Ordinance, several casesunder hearing in different accountability courts are likely to betransferred to other courts.
According to officials, many cases against political figures andbureaucrats are likely to be transferred to Crime, Smuggling and BankingCourts.
Reportedly, NAB Amendment Ordinance will benefit political figures,bureaucrats along with governmental ministers and opposition members.
PTI’s Pervez Khattak, Aleem Khan and Zulfi Bukhari are said to get benefitout of the ordinance along with opposition’s Khaqan Abbasi, Miftah Ismail,Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja saad Rafique and Yousaf Raza Gillani.
