KARACHI – The Sindh High Court on Thursday has ordered a jointinvestigation team (JIT) to recover all missing persons by January 24.
Justice Naimatullah headed a two-member bench and it heard the missingperson’s case at the SHC on Thursday.
As the hearing underway, the petitioner, who is the mother of one of themissing persons, Raees, attended today’s hearing. According to thepetitioner, Raees who has been missing for two years was an employee of theWater Board and was responsible for distributing bills.

Judge Naimatullah expressed anger at the government lawyer for not beingpresent. “No progress has come forward from the JIT or the attorneygeneral’s office,” the judge remarked.
