A distinctive legal petition against PM Kakar has been filed to ECP

In Islamabad, an application has been submitted to the Election Commission,requesting the removal of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar.

The application, filed by Syed Azizuddin Kakakhel, a lawyer from theSupreme Court, alleges that the presence of the Prime Minister couldpotentially exert undue influence on the upcoming elections, raisingconcerns about their transparency.

To ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, the application callsfor the removal of both the Prime Minister and Privatisation Minister FawadHasan Fawad from their current positions.
