LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker has seeked death penaltyfor corruption in Pakistan.
He has on Saturday tabled a resolution in Punjab Assembly seeking deathpenalty for corrupts.
As per details garnered, the resolution was moved by PTI’s lawmaker NadeemQureshi.
The resolution states that corruption has destroyed state-institutions andcrippled economic activities. The resolution says it is mandotary to curbthe corruption once and for all for country’s progress.
