*LAHORE : **PML-N MPA Tahir Jamil rapes minor girl repeatedly.*
Police on Saturday registered a case against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) MPA Mian Tahir Jamil after he was accused of raping a minor girlemployed at his residence as a domestic worker.
After receiving information regarding the incident, the Punjab ChildProtection & Welfare Bureau (CP&WB) sprung into action and submitted anapplication demanding an investigation into the matter. The bureau’schairperson, Sarah Ahmad, also demanded the arrest of the accused.
The PML-N lawmaker was booked under Section 34 of the Punjab Destitute andNeglected Child Act and for sexual abuse under Section 377B of the PakistanPenal Code (PPC).

“Section 34 of the PDNC Act is included because it is illegal to keep aminor in custody in the first place,” said Ahmad.
