Afghan Taliban claim capturing Police headquarters, kill and injured 35 soldiers including Police Chief

*KABUL – *Taliban claimed in a statement that their fighters have capturedthe Deh Yak police headquarters adding that 35 security forces includingthe district police chief have been killed.

*The Taliban Insurgents attacked Deh Yak district of central Ghazniprovince, killing six Afghan security forces, local officials said onFriday.*

Ghulam Sakhi Zabuli, a member provincial council told Ariana News that themilitants stormed the district on Thursday night.

Zabuli said, as a result, at least six Afghan soldiers were killed andseven others wounded.

Meanwhile, Khaled Wardak, the police chief of Ghazni rejected the Talibanclaim adding that the district is under control of government forces.
