IHC accepts NAB plea against former PM Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted the NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor’s plea seeking time for courtassistance on Saturday.

A two-member bench comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice MohsinAkhtar Kayani is hearing the appeals of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, MaryamNawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar against their conviction in the Avenfieldreference.

Azam Nazir Tarar advocate appeared on behalf of Nawaz Sharif.
