WASHINGTON – Pakistan’s ambassador-designate to the United States AliJahangir Siddiqui reached Washington on Monday.
High ranking officials from Pakistan embassy in Washington received AliJahangir at the Delos airport. Ali Jahangir will assume charge of hisoffice today (Tuesday).
Pakistan Foreign Office has informed the embassy in Washington about theappointment of Ali Jahangir as ambassador.
