ISLAMABAD – Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday adjourned hearing till May21, on National Accountability Bureau (NAB)’s appeal challenging theacquittal of former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in FlagshipInvestment reference.
The hearing was adjourned without further proceeding due to unavailabilityof judges associated with the bench.
The NAB had pleaded in its case that the trial court had ignored severalfacts in this case.
