ISLAMABAD – A victim’s brother rapes the sister of the accused to give himthe taste of his own medicine. Both families come to the conclusion thatjustice has been served.

The incident occurred in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab.

The first incident of rape took place on March 20. The second incident tookplace on March 21.

There’s a small district in Pakistan called Toba Tek Singh. Anyone who’sread Manto would probably be familiar with this name.

The two incidents took place in the same district. 12 members from both thefamilies met here to discuss the course of action. They decided that rapingthe sister of the accused would be the best way to seek revenge.

The first happened in July 2017 in a place called Multan in Pakistan. A16-year-old boy raped a 13-year-old girl.

The victim was her neighbour. When the incident became public, it reachedthe local panchayat. The panchayat took it upon themselves to deliverjustice.

The brother of the victim was ordered to rape the sister of the accused.She was 17-year-old. Later, the two families filed rape charges againsteach other with the police.

This led to national coverage of the incident. Probably this incident gaveinspiration to the families involved in the latest case to get evidence onstamp paper.
