Israeli made weapons recovered from terrorists dens in Syria: Military officials

DAMASCUS – The Syrian military found the Israeli-made weapons in the townof Harasta, about 10 kilometers from central Damascus, according to a PressTV report citing Syrian state television. The town was occupied by Ahraral-Sham, a collection of hardline Islamist militias. The Syrian militaryfreed the town on Saturday.

The find is the second of its kind in recent weeks. Late last month, theSyrian Arab News Agency published video of a large cache of what it saidwere Israeli-made weapons and ammunition left behind by Daesh (ISIS)*in eastern Syria.

Over 4,000 militants and members of their families left Harasta for Idlibon Friday.

In addition to the Israeli military hardware, the Syrian army has foundmass graves of civilians and army personnel believed to have been killedby the territories, underground facilities, and makeshift weaponsmanufacturing plants.
