NEW DELHI - VISTARA today rolled out a range of offers to customers and loyalty club members who book their tickets on its website and app, NDTV has reported.
Announcing an offer called ‘Vistara Direct’, the airline offered an array of benefits to travellers who book tickets directly on its website or mobile app (available on Apple iOS and Android), for bookings effective September 28, 2017, onwards. "Booking directly with Vistara offers customers a number of advantages.
Now with Vistara Direct, we are offering an additional array of valuable and tangible benefits to customers who book directly on our website or mobile app to make their journeys even more seamless and hassle free," said Vistara chief strategy and commercial officer Sanjiv Kapoor.
Vistara said customers can cancel tickets within 24 hours of booking for free. They can also avail complimentary Vistara Priority services at the airport for check-in, baggage, and boarding
The airline will allow an additional 5kg baggage.
In addition, for a limited time, MobiKwik users will get 10 per cent cashback up to a maximum of ₹600 in the form of SuperCash on all bookings made on Vistara’s website.
Club Vistara members will be entitled to one free one-way business class ticket if they undertake six journeys in the same class in a calender month.For Club Vistara members, six journeys in the premium economy class in a calender month will fetch one free one-way ticket of the same class and one complimentary one-way and one-class upgrade voucher, the airline said.
The Delhi-based airline currently operates about 100 daily flights to 21 destinations, a fleet of 16 Airbus A320 aircraft in three class configuration -- business, premium economy and economy.
