Mumtaz Qadri's supporters refuse to end sit in from Constitution Avenue Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The system of federal capital Islamabad has been disturbed due to the protest of religious parties while cellular services have been suspended by government to avoid any unpleasant situation in Red Zone.

 

According to the latest reports, sit-in protest of religious parties is continuing in front of Parliament House while religious party’s leaders and supporters of Mumtaz Qadri have refused to end sit in from Constitution Avenue Islamabad.

 

People are facing lot of problems in Islamabad due to protest of religious parties as entrance points in Islamabad have been closed by police. Thousands of demonstrators are present at sit in who are chanting slogans against government.

 

On the other hand, Pak Army has taken over control of Red Zone while Rangers, Police and other Law enforcement agencies are alert to face any unpleasant situation.

 

Religious party’s leaders said that their protest will continue till the fulfillment of their demands and negotiation will only be held with authorized government officials.
