Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked for proposals from industrialists tostart corporate farming at a larger scale for modernizing agriculture andimproving the production of crops.
As per the details, the premier talked to Pakistan’s top industrialists inIslamabad. During the meeting, he said that national development andprosperity are linked with the development of the business community.
The government has included the proposals of industrialists inpolicy-making, which have started producing good results, he added.
PM Khan also instructed to resolve issues faced by industrialists inexporting their goods.
On the contrary, the delegation thanked the PM and said the governmentpatronage of business activities has started yielding positive results.
They said foreign exchange reserves have reached the highest level, whichreflects the country’s economic stability whereas the surplus currentaccount is also a welcome sign.
They also highlighted the fact that the demand for cement is at the highestlevel in the country’s history due to the promotion of constructionactivities. They expressed satisfaction over the government’s policies andpresented proposals for the development of the economy as well.
