Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani has urged all the political forces, intellectuals, and professionals to join hands in preparing a national narrative to counter dangerous trends emerging in the country.

Referring to the issue of Faizabad sit-in, he said that such trends are dangerous to politics, democracy and the state of Pakistan.

The Chairman said that the parliament has to play a lead role in protecting and preserving the Constitution and will never allow anyone to harm the democratic system in Pakistan.
