MULTAN: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Mondayarrested five alleged terrorists belonging to a banned outfit from Bunda Sandheela, a suburban area of the city,
According to the CTD Punjab spokesman, the terrorists were planning to attack important installations, when the CTD conducted a raid and arrested them. The CTD also recovered a 30-bore pistol from their possession.
The alleged terrorists were identified as Abu Bakar, Abuzar, Numaan, Mubeen and Arslan.
Further investigation was underway.
