PTI Bat symbol may not be there on ballot paper

The Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, has hinted that PTI as a politicalparty may not be there on the ballot paper. He further said that if thereis a protest due to the absence of PTI on the ballot paper, the electionwill still be valid and legal. He emphasized that the election cannot bedeclared illegal due to protests occurring during the 8-hour polling period.

In an interview with a reputable news agency, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar alsomentioned that accusations of conspiracy against the PTI leadership in theUnited States have been retracted, as politicians sometimes adopt suchpositions to garner public support.

He assured that he believes the electoral process will be entirely fair,transparent, and free from any particular group’s influence or oppositionat the administrative level. He emphasized the need for constituencydelimitation as it could have been addressed during legislation in theprevious parliament, and the Election Commission is bound to operate withinthe confines of the law and the constitution.
