Iran revolutionary guards warn Saudi Arabia

TEHRAN – Iran’s hard-line Revolutionary Guard has warned Saudi Arabia andthe United Arab Emirates (UAE) not to interfere in the country’s internalaffairs or cross its “red lines” in the wake of the terror attack on amilitary parade that killed 24 people.

The Guard’s acting commander, General Hossein Salami, claimed in remarksbroadcast on Friday that the Saudis and the UAE “are trying to bring chaosinto Iran”.

Salami said: “Do not cross our red lines.”

Meanwhile, the official IRNA news agency said the Guard killed fourmilitants and wounded two in a clash near the Pakistani border in thesoutheastern Sistan-Balochistan province.

The report didn’t offer more details on the clash.

Iranian forces occasionally clash with Baloch militants in the country’seast and Kurdish separatists in the west.
