The Balochistan High Court canceled the non-bailable arrest warrant ofthe Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan as illegal.
According to the details, the Supreme Court also canceled the FIR No.16/23 Police Station Bijli Road Quetta against the Chairman PTI.
Section 20 of the Electronic Crime Act, 2016 was also included in thecase, FIR against Chairman PTI on 5 March 2023 in Bijli Road policestation under Sections 124A, 153A and 505 of the Pakistan Penal Code(PPC).
