ISLAMABAD – PTI President designate Dr Arif Alvi lands in hot waters as apetition has been filed against him over his nomination.
A Petition has been filed against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI)nominee for president Arif Alvi claiming that he has tempered the courtrecord.
The petitioner told the court that Arif Alvi had tempered the court recordas chief justice Sindh High Court has already been ordered against ArifAlvi. He also told the court that Arif Alvi enjoys the post of chairman ofAlvia Trust.
“Arif Alvi changed his stance thrice in the case which was registeredagainst him from 1977,” he told the court adding that person involved inrecord tempering can’t become the president of the country.
The petitioner made the federal government, election commission and othersas respondents.
