KABUL – The talks between Afghan government and Taliban will start withinthe next two weeks in Germany.
In a statement, Afghan State Minister for Peace Affairs, Abdul Salam Rahimicalled on the warring sides to reduce level of violence ahead of the directtalks.
He said Foreign ministry has started consultations with differentstakeholders on forming a 15-member negotiating team who will lead thepeace talks with the Taliban.
