ISLAMABAD – A throng of bees entered the Riverside Ground where Sri Lankaand South Africa were facing each other in their World Cup contest.
The bees attacked the area around the pitch and the outfield which let theplayers hit the ground covering their heads to avoid the invasion. Umpiresalso joined the players as bees took control of the ground for a while.[image: Embedded video]link

According to the reports, the bees were seen only in the outfield and notin the stands as the scenario makes the crowd surprised for some time.
“When players hit the crowd we were like what is happening but later on wesee some bees making rounds over teh ground,” a spectator in the standsquoted saying.
