ISLAMABAD – On the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan, a specialaircraft will bring back 320 Pakistanis from Malaysia on Wednesday (May 29)enabling them to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with their families.
A special plane of Pakistan International Airlines will bring home 320Pakistani nationals lodged in Malaysian jails, but stuck due tocancellation of direct flights between the two countries.
There are over 320 Pakistani nationals in the Malaysian jails who havecompleted their sentence term and were unable to be repatriated as directflights got suspended in the last week of February this year owing to theregional situation.
The Prime Minister issued special directives to arrange return of thesedetainees so that they may be able to join their families on the occasionof Eid-ul-Fitr.
