ISLAMABAD – Former Special Assistant to PM on Information Dr Firdous AshiqAwan was removed from his post as Prime Minister Imran Khan was unhappyover his performance.
The prime minister had been informed the outgoing special aide in differedmeetings that he was not satisfied with his performance.
According to sources, the prime minister was also presented a charge sheetagainst the special assistant before she was removed from the post.
Meanwhile, Awan rejected the reports about allegations as baseless, statingthat the prime minister has authority to replace the cabinet members at anytime.
