ISLAMABAD – Quetta Gladiators skipper Sarfraz Ahmed makes history inPakistan Super League.
Quetta Gladiators’ skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed has become the most successfulcaptain in Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Pakistan Super League (PSL) historywith a win percentage of 63.04 — bearing in mind a minimum of five matches.
Sarfaraz has captained Quetta in 47 matches, winning 29 and losing on 17occasions, during his time with the franchise since the very first editionof HBL PSL in 2016.
Former Pakistan captains Shahid Afridi (60%) and Misbahul Haq (57.69%) areplaced on second and third positions in the same list.
Defending champions Gladiators produced a stunning run-chase to defeatIslamabad United by five wickets in the first-ever HBL PSL match at thePindi Cricket Stadium on Thursday.
