ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says the peace agreementbetween the United States and the Afghan Taliban will set the tone forinclusive intra-Afghan dialogue.
Talking to Afghan media in Doha today (Friday), he said tomorrow is a bigday for Afghanistan.
He said it is a great opportunity.
Earlier, in a statement, the Foreign Minister said representatives fromfifty countries, including foreign ministers of different countries, willbe attending the signing ceremony.
He said Pakistan has been invited to become part of this entire process andparticipate in it.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said this is an honor for Pakistan and acknowledgementof its efforts.
He said India made its utmost efforts to create hurdles in the Afghan peaceagreement but in vain.
The Foreign Minister said the world is lauding the role of Pakistan forestablishment of peace in Afghanistan.
He said Afghan peace agreement and critical situation of New Delhi arebeing currently discussed in Doha.
He said entire world media is talking about the emerging genocide likesituation in New Delhi.
He said people are questioning whether this is secular face of India.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said the hooligans of RSS are setting properties onfire with the backing of police.
They are targeting Muslims and hoisting their flags on mosques.
Meanwhile, in an informal chat with people in Doha today, the ForeignMinister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Indian brutalities and atrocities inOccupied Kashmir are threat to regional peace and stability.
He said massive human rights violations by Indian troops in OccupiedKashmir are matter of concern for entire international community.
He also expressed regret that Hindu extremists are targeting Muslimminorities in New Delhi but police is reluctant to take action.
