ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court of Pakistan has taken up the Dawn Leaks case in apetition filed by Brigadier (R) Muhammad Arabi.
Chief Justice Saqib Nisar will hear the Dawn Leaks case in his chamber onMarch 2.
Brigadier (retd) Muhammad Arabi had filed the petition with regard to theDawn Leaks case.
The petitioner has made former prime minister Nawaz Sharif a party in thecase.
The court has issued notices to the lawyers of the parties.
