On Wednesday, a tragic incident unfolded in the Katcha area of Kandhkot, resulting in the loss of nine lives and injuries to four others.
The devastating event occurred as a family residing in the Nawaz Zai neighborhood near Ghora Ghat attempted to dismantle a rocket launcher that their children had discovered nearby with the intention of selling it.
During their endeavor, the rocket launcher unexpectedly exploded, claiming the lives of nine individuals, including four children and three women, while leaving three others injured.
Subsequently, the bodies of the deceased and the wounded were transported to the hospital, and law enforcement authorities, including the police and rangers, secured the area.
In response to this tragic incident, Sindh Chief Minister Justice Maqbool Baqir has requested a report from Inspector General Riffat Mukhtar.
