Unfortunate for Imran Khan for failing to visit Sehwan Shareef Shrine: Sindh CM

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Miniter Syed Murad Ali Shah has on Friday said that it was unfortunate for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan that he didn’t get a chance to visit the shrine in Sehwan Shareef.

A rally led by the Sindh chief minister against Indian violence in Kashmir, was taken out from the tomb of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Talking to media, Murad Ali Shah said that PTI chairman Imran Khan was in Sehwan to address the public gathering, adding that visit to the shrine wasn’t in his schedule but planned to visit at last moment. It was unfortunate for the PTI chairman that he didn’t get a chance to visit the shrine in Sehwan Shareef.

Taking a jibe at PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi, he said that he (Shah Mahmood Qureshi) should talk sensibly, adding that he respected him in the past.

The Sindh CM said that Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) has always raised voice for the rights of the people of Kashmir and will keep raising the Kashmir issue.
