RAWALPINDI: Pakistan People Party delegation called on Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rashid here at today at his residence, Lal Havali to discuss about the issue of Panama Leaks.
As per details, they exchanged views over the Terms of References of inquiry commission to probe into the Panama Leaks while Sheikh Rashid has been given invitation to participate in the meeting of opposition parties which is going to be held on May 2.
While addressing the press conference after the meeting, Sheikh Rashid said that he wants to eradicate scourge of corruption and dishonesty from the country and he is ready to make joint efforts with other parties in order to end the menace of corruption.
Speaking at the occasion, Aitzaz Ahsan said that PPP wants a united opposition over the issue of Panama Leaks in order to form a joint strategy.
PM Nawaz should be held accountable first before other, he added, demanding to finalize Terms of References with the consultation of opposition.
