In Turkey, the parliament has ratified a motion extending to launchcross-border operations in northern Iraq and Syria for two more years.
The motion will authorize government from these cross-border operationsfrom coming Oct 30.
The motion also allowed the deployment of foreign armed forces in Turkeywith the principles to be determined by the president.
