LAHORE – PML-N MNA Muhammad Hamid Hameed has been penalised by Court.
He has been penalised for dragging his feet to submit his response on apetition challenging his victory from Sargodha’s NA-90.
The tribunal was hearing the petition filed by Nadia Aziz who challengedhis election from the National Assembly constituency (Sargodha-III).
It directed the lawmaker belonging to the opposition Pakistan Muslim LeagueNawaz (PML-N) to deposit Rs10,000 fine into dams’ funds over his failure tofile his response despite its directions.

In her petition, Nadia Aziz alleged that the PML-N legislator won electionfrom NA-90 by way of rigging and pleaded that his victory be declared void.
