*ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has set a new precedence in thepolitical history of Pakistan.*

*In an ‘unprecedented move’ to address problems of the general public,Prime Minister Imran Khan will hear grievances of masses at a complaintcell starting tomorrow.*

Step is being taken to narrow the gap between the government and itspublic, according to officials privy to the matter. They say that PrimeMinister’s Complaint Cell will be functional by tomorrow, in which Mr Khanwill personally listen to the complaints of citizens.

Any issues connected with human rights, corruption, land grabbing,bureaucracy and others will reach the PM directly through complaint celland the premier will issue directives for resolving all problems faced bycitizens.

All departments concerned will be bound to take immediate action intocomplaints forwarded by the countrymen.

“Delay in solution of problems will not be tolerated at any cost, problemswill be solved with immediate effect, said PM Khan in a statement.

The complaint cell will comprise 40 telephone lines and will beapproachable during office hours. The cell can be contacted via WhatsAppand email as well.
