ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has expressed optimismthat Saudi financial package to Pakistan will stabilize the economy.

Talking to media in Multan this evening, he said the economic difficultiesfaced by the country will be reduced with assistance from friendlycountries.

He said the news regarding landing of an Israeli airplane in Pakistan isbaseless and it has already been denied.

Replying to a question, the Minister said China is a true friend ofPakistan and has always assisted us in every hour of need.
