LAHORE – Water release by India has caused flood in several villages ofPakistan.
The water level in River Sutlej has surged causing a low level flood in theRiver after India has spilled more water into River Sutlej.
According to details provided by Flood Forecasting Division, the water flowat Ganda Singh Head Works reached 33,000 cusecs triggering low level floodin Sutlej.
