Opposition Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi termed the lynching a “bloton humanity”.

Holding placards and chanting slogans against the ruling Bharatiya JanataParty and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the protesters in Ahmedabad citydemanded an end to the violence against Muslims.
