At least three Indian Test Matches played were fixed: Report

NEW DELHI – At least three Test matches featuring India during the past twoyears were fixed, according to a documentary on cricket corruption by AlJazeera.

The India versus England Test played in Chennai (December 16-20), the Indiaversus Australia Test in Ranchi (March 16-20, 2017) and the Galle Testbetween India and Sri Lanka (July 26-29, 2017) were influenced bybookmakers, as per the investigation.

It is also said that at least two Australian cricketers were involved inRanchi and three Englishmen fixed sessions in Chennai. The England playershave denied these charges, while Australians have said they do not havecredible evidence on their players being part of corruption in the game.link> link>
