LAHORE: A petition has been filed in Lahore High Court here at today to conduct investigation against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over the revelations of Panama Papers.
As per details, the petition was filed by Hassan Qayum Advocate in Lahore High Court seeking investigation against PM Nawaz over the issue of Panama leaks.
The petitioner Hassan Qayum took plea in his petition that PM Nawaz concealed his assets details returns so investigation should be launched against him over concealment of his assets.
He requested court to conduct probe against PM Nawaz after the revelations of Panama leaks while on the request of petitioner, Lahore High Court has issued notice to federal government for June 8.
It is also worthy to mention here that miscellaneous petitions have been filed in Lahore High Court after Panama leaks revelations for the disqualification of PM Nawaz.
