LAHORE – PML-N leadership contacted Maulana Fazlur Rehman and expressedreservations over the matter of PPP’s opposition leader in the Senate.
According to sources, the PML-N said that the party accepted every decisionof the PDM. “Along with the PPP, the ANP also took a unilateral decision.The PML-N demanded that this issue should be raised in the summit as well.Maulana was also unhappy with the decision of the PPP,” he maintained.
The PML-N leadership contacted Maulana Fazlur Rehman, complained about thePPP’s attitude and termed the ANP’s decision as undesirable.
After the appointment of Yousaf Raza Gillani as the opposition leader inthe Senate, the PDM started debate on the matter.
