Pakistan Army Chief fulfils unique desire of two female cancer patients

RAWALPINDI – Pakistan Army Chief fulfils unique desire of two female cancerpatients.

Two teenagers, who have been diagnosed with cancer, had their lifelong wishfulfilled by becoming soldiers of Pakistan Army for a day by Chief of ArmyStaff General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the girls13-year-old Javeria Alam and 15-year-old Ruba Rafique expressed their wishto become soldiers of Pak Army.

The Lahore corps commander, on behalf of the army chief, made them honourysoldiers for a day.

Later, Jeveria and Ruba laid a floral wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada andoffered prayers at the monument.

Earlier on Tuesday, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa reiterated that Pakistanwas focused and determined to achieve peace and stability.
