RAWALPINDI – Pakistan’s military spokesman on Wednesday evening confirmedthat there is only one Indian pilot in the army’s custody after his planewas shot down by Pakistani fighter jets for violating its airspace.

Hours after his arrest, a video of the Indian pilot was released byPakistan army. Having a cup of tea in his hand, the safe and sound AbhiAndan thanked Pakistan Army for their professional and moral behavior andmilitary norms.
In the video, released after Maj-Gen Asif Ghafoor concluded his pressconference, the arrested Indian pilot said that ‘Pakistan Army has lookedafter me very well.’ ‘They are all thorough gentlemen,’ he continued.
The captured Indian pilot went on to say that “I would not change mystatement if I go back to my country.”
