Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says the artists are instrumental in promotion of culture and providing entertainment to the people.
Talking to a delegation of prominent artists in Islamabad, he assured to continue government’s support for the revival of Film industry.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb was also present on this occasion.
During the meeting, matters pertaining to film, TV and theater came under discussion.
The delegation appreciated the steps taken by the government for promotion of film industry and welfare of artists.
