ISLAMABAD: Renowned lawyer Akram Sheikh faces a blow.
He claimed on Monday that his all banks accounts have been frozen inconsequence of contesting high treason case against former military rulerPervez Musharraf.
The lawyer added that the restriction on his assets was also in regards toHanif Abbasi’s petition seeking Prime Minister Imran Khan’sdisqualification.
Speaking to the media agencies at Supreme Court premises, he claimed thathe has been asked to leave the country immediately.
“I can not pay salary to my employees,” he adds
Sheikh says that everything has been done by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)for not paying advance tax, adding that FBR is doing anything with theconsent of top brass of the government.
