On Monday, Alia Layla became the first certified transwoman driver in thecapital territory Islamabad after passing all practical driving tests.——————————
As per a statement from the capital police, the Inspector General of Police(IGP) Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar met Layla and assured that the Islamabadpolice would consider and address the issues of transgender people.
