KARACHI – Progress has been reported in the investigations of the ChineseConsulate attack in Karachi.
The preliminary investigation of the terrorist attack on Chinese Consulatein Karachi has been completed on Monday here.
According to the sources, the initial probe of Chinese Consulate attack wascompleted with the help of the technical and human intelligence. Thesecurity forces recorded statements of dozens of people including all thepersonnel who were present during the attack its investigation.
The sources also said that the statements of injured security guard and theofficials of Chinese Consul were recorded for the investigation.
The sources also said that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has sentspent shells of cartridges, found from the crime scene, for forensic tests.
